A coffee station in the office: why staff and landlords both win

Good coffee keeps teams in the building, saves trips outside and gives office buildings an extra amenity. How an autonomous coffee station works in a business centre.

In office life coffee is more than a drink: it shapes the day, brings colleagues together and gives people a short break. Yet many office buildings offer only a basic filter machine in the kitchen – or a walk to the nearest café that eats into working time.

Café-quality coffee without staff

An autonomous Cup'D station makes espresso, cappuccino, latte and many other drinks from freshly roasted beans. Customers order on a touchscreen and pay cashless. The station needs no staff: it serves from the first guest in the morning to the last one in the evening.

What the building gets

For landlords and business-centre operators, the station is an extra service at no effort. It needs only about 1 m² of floor space and a standard power socket – no water supply, no internet connection and no refurbishment. Cup'D takes care of refilling, cleaning and maintenance.

What the staff get

Good coffee on site saves a trip outside and makes the office a nicer place to work. Besides the coffee classics there are cold drinks, milkshakes and seasonal recipes. Prices are made for everyday purchases: coffee from €1, milk and cold drinks from €2.

When an office location pays off

Footfall is what matters. A business centre with several tenants, a large office building or a co-working space with many daily visitors are especially suitable. We check whether a specific location fits free of charge and prepare a revenue estimate.
